Job Summary

Join Ecomwise B.V. as a PHP Developer to help our clients promote their business ideas!
This role will drive the new features implementation, maintain code quality and manage application data.
The candidate must possess moderate technical skills with ambition to master the web development, be a pro-active solution-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.



Responsibilities

– Build efficient, testable, and reusable Magento modules and themes
– Develop per client requirements and solve reported issues
– Support Magento production applications



Key Qualifications

– At least 2 years of experience in building web applications
– Minimum of 1 year of experience coding in PHP and MySQL
– Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming
– Good understanding of web engineering principles
– Advanced understanding of PHP
– Advanced understanding of SQL
– Experience in AJAX, XML, JSON
– Advanced in HTML5 and CSS
– Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management



Good to have Qualifications

– Magento C.E 1.x and 2.x experience
– Experience with JS Libraries (jQuery)
– Basic knowledge of Git
– Basic knowledge of Linux CLI
– Advanced communication and presentation skills
– Keen eye for detail to deliver world class web experiences
